About me

I am a cupcake addict first, and a cooking addict second. Having had my own kitchen for the last three years (sorry Frank, it is yours too. I suppose) I have been able to experiment with difference recipes (again, sorry Frank) and my love of cooking and baking has vastly expanded into an obsession. My dream is to one day go to Culinary School. One day!

I believe there is nothing better for a birthday present than a batch of home-made cupcakes, or a themed cake, depending on the audience. In a world demanding convenience, I think there is nothing better than good, old fashioned home-made goodies.

When I’m not searching for new ingredients or exciting recipes, you’ll find me whipping something up in the pig palace kitchen!
